For years, I was the one holding it all together—managing moves, juggling career shifts, keeping my family on track—so busy making sure everything ran smoothly that I didn’t realize I had put myself last.

That’s how I developed the C.A.L.M. Method—a simple, actionable approach that helps women gain clarity, create awareness, listen to their bodies, and nurture their well-being.
