its your turn moments

There are days when life feels like it’s moving in fast-forward.
You’re answering emails, running errands, showing up for everyone else, and somewhere in the middle of it all, you fall to the bottom of your own list.

That’s why I’m so excited to share the It’s Your Turn Bracelet, created in collaboration with Wendy Hively of Charlie Madison Originals, is more than jewelry.
It’s a wearable reminder that you get to take your turn every single day.

The Story Behind the Bracelet

I met Wendy, a scientist, veteran Navy spouse, and founder of Charlie Madison Originals, through the military spouse community. She’s spent decades blending her professional life with entrepreneurship, all while raising a family and giving back to military nonprofits.

When we talked about creating a piece together, we both knew it had to carry a message women could feel. Something you could glance at during a hard day and instantly remember what matters most.

Wendy’s design includes a small leather knot — a nod to her Navy roots, but also a powerful symbol of community and presence. She calls it “an anchor to your present moment.” Like tying a ribbon around your finger (only prettier).

Claim Your Daily Anchor

In my coaching, I often talk about finding anchors — physical reminders that bring you back to your “why” in the middle of life’s noise.
For some women, that’s a sticky note on the mirror. For others, it’s a mantra saved in their phone. The It’s Your Turn bracelet can be that anchor for you.

When you see it on your wrist, it’s your cue to pause, breathe, and ask yourself:

“What’s one small way I can take care of myself today?”

Because you don’t have to wait for the perfect time or the perfect plan.

Your turn starts in the tiny moments you say “yes” to yourself.

Whether you wear it alone or stack it with others, let it be a quiet nudge throughout your day:
You matter. You get to take up space. And it really is your turn.

A Conversation Worth Hearing

Wendy and I sat down for a heartfelt chat about the inspiration behind the bracelet, the reality of saying yes to yourself, and why community matters so much in seasons of change.
